Am pondering a future as a Smut Romance Novelist...

Was practicing this morning with a little bodice ripping passage in MIRC involving Star and her beloved Rukawa...I vaguely recall something about Rukawa, having never been able to satiate or tame his boundless lust, ripping off Star's bodice in his urgency and Star whispering hoarsely into his hear, " Take me. Take me now. Right here, right now..."

I am beginning to wonder how it is that I've never written a lemon fic before. I mean, I've got all the prerequisites. Reasonable mastery of the written word, the hentai and willing mind. What the hell is stopping me. I don't know.

FUTURE SMUT ROMANCE
BY LAREE M.

Roderigo pulled Maria closer , pressing her ample, heaving, snow white bosom against him. She pushed vainly against his broad chest with the flat of her hands, shaking her head. " No...no. Let me go. For I must wed the Count ________ tomorrow morn, no matter what my feelings for you!"

" You abandon me bacause I am but a mere stablehand/blacksmith/pirate/horseshoe maker/(insert equally ridiculious, though extremely masculine profession here). But know this, Maria, no one, not that count of yours despite of all of his money and gold, will ever, ever, be able to satisfy you as I do..."

" Roderigo!"

" Maria!"

" Roderigo!"

" Maria! My Maria!"

~**~

I think I'll have to change my name to something ridiculously romantic then...Amour...Yeah...Amour. So if you guys ever see a book in your local bookstore with an Author under the single name 'Amour' *cue the violin music* You will know that it is me! Heehehehehe...

What (yaoi) anime pairing are you?

this quiz was made by Eike and Mirai

*snerk* And...Ehem... I wish to make it perfectly clear that I was only fooling around with the above passage. If I were living in the streets, dying in the gutter, I would never, ever degrade myself that much...heehehee...

Nagy, dearie, Eternal Rhapsody, which, henceforth, shall be referred to as 'ER' was great. heeheehehee....Ummm.. Can I hazard a guess that 'The Blank' is Rukawa? The dog and Rukawa scene was hilarious dearie. Am looking forward for the next part ^__^ I can just about picture Koshino holding a stake out on the pinball machine thingy in search for the elusive 'Blank'

Was at it again with the whole 'My love is like a _____' Thing in #sdyaoi yesterday....(Fufu, how come you weren't talking??? It was the first time that I'd seen you in a week and you weren't talking, dearie! T_T) anyways, here's my latest:

"My love is as neverending and unchanging as a circle, it is as ceaseless as the waves pounding against the rocky shores, as inevitable as the passing of night into day and as boundless as the limitless possibilities within the human soul!"

Damn... I wish I had the stomach to write a romance novel....Or better yet, I should have been born a bloody guy so that I can use all these lines to fool around with girls...*sigh* the injustice! The bloody injustice!

Heeheehee...Juju, what I do is I get the my share of the month's rent from dad, spend it, then go back and ask for the rent again. This can go on a few times a month because no one wants to see their youngest child thrown out into the street, ne? Sides, at least my parents don't have to pay any tuition fees for me or anything...heeheehee.. What were you thinking, hey? *raises eyebrows* That I was doing something illegal? Sweet little Lali?? Moi? *pokes Juju*

Ahhh, dearie. I've found myself becoming the 'snickerer' also. (I think you've just invented a word) I know it's mean... but I just can't stand it! I used to go on reading these horribly fractured, indecipherable fics just to see if maybe, just maybe it will get better later on. Now I continue reading just to see how much worse it can get... But these days, I only read fics from people that I know anyways...Nagy's, yours, Liezzy's, Pastles', Noor's, a few others. Otherwise, I stay away from Slam Dunk fics and just read Gravi, Saiyuki, YnM or Angel Sanctuary ones. I've found my interest in SD waning slightly but I still like SD, definitely.

So I guess you may also say that I'm becoming somewhat of an elitist...-____-

*huggles Erjika* Thankies for the recs! Heeheehee... I get frustrated by anime that are blatantly yaoi and still doesn't allow for anything steamier than a few kissing scenes. Like Gravi, dammit. Why couldn't Yuki have ravaged (*snerk* filing that word away for future use in smut romance) Shu just once? Why couldn't Muraki have gotten any action from Tsu?? T_____T Heehehee...But that's besides the point...

And I think Hakkai is perfect as either Hakkai or Tenpo...Heehehehe....^___^. Mr. Michael said he couldn't find the Gaiden here but I think that's just a trick to make me pay more...heehehehe... You're from the US, right? Have they been translated yet? Even if they haven't me still want it...I wanna look at pretty Tenpo and Kenren even if I can't read...heehehhehee... And you don't like Hisui? I thought he was sweet...Heehhee...but then I have something about the nice, soft spoken quiet guys...Heeheehee...

Am not going to ramble. Am not going to ramble...

*snerks* Yeah right. How can I not with loads of free time in my hands, a whole lot of frustration and loadssss of bloggies to pick through. Heeheehee...

I put the commenting system back up because of Juju's whining about having to write replies to me at her bloggy..-___-. It always messes up the tables when I put it in, that was why I took it out in the first place. It totally destroyed the layout last night and I was about to fix it when I found this great ficcy that I just had to read first and since it was already late at that time, I left it 'til now. I think it's fixed. Haven't checked it yet but I will as soon as I finish blogging. Juju seems to be amused whenever I have problemns with my layouts...*glare* heeheehee...

I seem to have a lot of SD fics to read tonight!!! heehehee... Soon as I finish will be checking out Nagy's 'Eternal Rhapsody' and Juju's 'Love in the Net' (finally -__- but then who am I to talk? Heeheehehee...eherm.)

Juju, maybe we can do that thing with the manga that you suggested. I get mine from this really nice Korean guy that runs this Asian store (too bad he's like...20 years older than me and three times my size. Plus the fact that I happen to tower over him...heeheehee...But he's cuddly and I like him...) I think he overcharges me but usually I'm just so happy to get the stuff that I don't really mind. I actually just paid him a visit today to ask him to look for the Saiyuki prequel thing that Chibi and Shishi were telling me about a couple of days ago... heeheheee....

I'm making that guy rich, I think... Just bought the first five volumes of Saiyuki from him, the first three volumes of YnM, and ordered Saiyuki DVDs, Gravi VCDs which were pirated I think, Ai no Kusabi (Katze!!! Raoullllll!) the four Slam Dunk OVAs and I've definitely got to have the Saiyuki prequel and OVAs...I just love Hakkai as Tenpo. I was sooo pissed when I found out that the Slam Dunk OVAs were being rented out in the Charnwood Video Ezy... I didn't even *know* bloody Video Ezy had an anime section...-___-

Anyways, Ju, you're in Melbourne, right? My friend said that there are some stores in Footscray that sell manga. Somewhere in the Vietnamese section of town was where he looked...Ne...Ju, did you know that there's some anime vids and DVDs in some VEs?? T____T Why didn't you tell me?

I'm thinking of getting FAKE but I don't really know if its worth it or anything so if anyone out there has checked it out already, can you tell me if it's good? Am also looking for 'Wish' by CLAMP. I've read the manga and fallen in love with Hisui and I believe there's an anime of that...

Heeheehee...Nagy, all of you... I am incredibly, incredibly sorry for wasting your time with my incessant and nonsensical ramblings. I don't know why I've suddenly taken to blogging away madly. I used to be able to let a day, two days, a week pass without blogging and now everytime I come online, instead of going directly to the SDBC like I used to, I check out your bloggies and I just *have* to blog myself... Fufu had her commenting addiction, I now have my blogging one... Heeheehee...

*tacklehuggleglomps Nagy* I'm going to go check Eternal Rhapsody!! Heehehehee... Me been looking forward to that!!! And *THANKIES*! I've been sooo looking for MitFuji's! heehehehe...Don't ask me why... Sometimes I just get the strangest whims for weird pairings...As for who to stick with whom...heehehhee... You know who my choice would be for Rukawa ne? ^_~ Heehehehehee...

And I didn't know that Christopher Rice was her son... heehee... I just vaguely knew that her husband wrote poems and that she used some of his passages in her books...But when I went to look at the bookstores this morning, they didn't have it yet -_____-

I noticed something...You know that guy in Little Women? The one that had Winona Ryder and them? Well, the guy that plays Laurie looks sort of the way that I imagine Armand would...I dunno why. I just think that Antonio Banderas didn't look much like the Armand described in the books...

Anyways, me going off to check ficcys! o^____^o LOVE YOU GUYS!!! Even you, meanie Juju...Love love love you all *huggles*

The clock thingy in my compy says August 23 but isn't it September already? Hmmm...

Losing...all...sense...of...time...brain...cells...slowly...dying...one...by...one...am... so... disgustingly... dead... BORED...So bored, in fact, that for some reason I made a Saiyuki site layout when I have nothing whatsoever to put in it just cos I liked this picture that I saw -___-. Maybe I should use it as the main splash page for my sites? I would if I could only get to the damn file manager...Am going to have to fix that Yuki Eiri layout...Ugly...Not Yuki...Yuki is gorgeous. Talking about the layout. I keep wasting my time on Photoshop...heeheehee...I've become addicted to fooling around with images there. Way into the wee hours of the morning, you'll still find me sitting in front of my compy, my arms all tired from gripping the mouse too long drawing little mustaches on Sendoh's face, giving him a new hairstyle, painting Sanzo's mouth so it looks like he's wearing lipstick, pasting Hikoichi's head onto Uozumi's body...*whispers* someone save me! Get me awaaaay from this evil, evil addictive electronic spawn of Satan!!!

Ehem...Been living on instant noodles for the past few days...That might explain heightened genkiness and general hyperactivity. What I wouldn't give for the ability to cook something other than fried eggs, french toast, instant noodles and microvable stuff. Preservatives are getting to my brain I think...Bad. Maybe take cooking lessons to pass the time? Hmm...If I can get dearest daddy to cough up the money for it then that'd probably be a good idea...It'd save me from dying of boredom, at least!

Making round of bloggies now! Heeheehee...Inoue-sama in a Yaoi-con??? Damn! I always knew that he put in all those lovely yaoi hints in Slam Dunk on purpose! Heeheehee...I guess most manga artists do that these days to attract the many, many rabid yaoi fangirls out there. If you can't make it hardcore guy x guy hentai, then put in all the hints and trust the overactive imaginations of rabid fangirls out there to do the rest of the work...-____-. Smart, smart, strategic marketing moves, people! I still think Gravitation would have been perfectly lovely with some scenes steamier than kissing. YnM would have been nicer too had Muraki just gotten any action out of Tsuzuki...heehehehee...Though I suppose the person who created Gravi sort of made up for it when she drew those Remix doujins...What I wouldn't do to get one of those...A nice, Ryuichi x Shuichi...But I went to my supplier (of manga! Of manga! Not the bad stuff...never the bad stuff. Drugs ruin your life, kids! Believe me...I've seen what it did to a couple of friends...) and they don't have it -____- I suppose I should be happy that I managed to get hold of the Saiyuki manga...Am looking for translations for them on the net so I can actually read them instead of just staring blankly into Hakkai's face drooling. They're in Chinese...or Korean...Not sure...Now what good will that do me?

Ne...Juju? Don't you love me? T___T Why no pressies? No one loves Lali T___T No one even remembered Lali's birthday this January! T___T *pathetic sobbing with tears streaming down cheeks in little waterfalls* Neeeeee...I thought you said that you would write me a lovely RuKo after I gave you all those MakiSen piccys!!! I saved them *especially* for you since I love you so much! It only took me so long to get to you cos I kept on forgetting about them and I never saw you online much T__T But fine...heehehehe...Me understand. Juju busy with exams and things so that's okay *huggles*

Oooh...You're using the endless pool of love line in a ficcy? Let me guess...MakiSen? heehehehee...Or ooohhh...Maybe you're planning on surprising me and is gonna incorporate that line in a RuKo ficcy or AnMit??? Heeheehee...*crosses fingers* Yeah...Maybe meanie Juju is softening...heehhehehee...

And of course I didn't mean you were a meanie!!! You're...like and endearing grumpy grandmother to me! Heehehehehee...*snerk*. I'm kidding, I'm kidding...I *love* Juju and I will proclaim my love to you for all of the world to hear! Hear ye, hear ye, Blog Lurkers, I, Laree, am deeply, passionately and sincerely in love with Juju! And aforementioned love will become even stronger once an 'offerring of affection' is made ^___^ Heeheehhee...

And ne, Juju! Read the ficcy! Read the ficcy! Heeheehhehee...Couldn't see any mistakes or anything so I can't diss you (darn...heehehehe...^___^. Kidding!) and I liked it! heeheehehe...Maki really spoils his Sensen ne? Putting down that much money (though I'm not exactly sure how much 15,000 yen is) so that Sensen can get to his hot springs...Might I suggest a sequel? Maki following the Ryonan team to the hotsprings thing and having an intimate looooooveeee session with Sensen there...Nice setting, I think...

Neeeeee Nagy I wanna be Aphrodite too!!! I should also be the Goddess of Love! heeheehehee...I love everyone and everything and have a very bad habit of falling for the worst guys for me...heeheehee...Artemis is...erm...hunter Goddess, right? The one that turned that perv guy into a stag and had him hunted down or something like that? Someone needs to brush up on her mythology -___- Hey...Good plot for a ficcy...Heeheeheehee... Sensen perving on Hana as he bathes and Hana turning him into a porcupine or a hedgehog or an echidna or whatever...Ermm...Have I mentioned the fact that I'm currently high on artificial preservatives from all of the noodles that I eat? I'm not even sure if there really *is* such an animal as an echidna...I'm pretty sure there is though...Heeheehhee..Oh well...

And I'll be checking in on the 23rd to see those ficcys! heeheehee...I love Eternal Rhapsody, the way that you've just stuck the characters together in one place and let their personalities wage war against each other. I love character ficcys like that. And eherm...Might I suggest the adorable pairing of MitFuji? heeheehee...I know that you're a big MakiFuji fan though...heehehehe...But it was worth a try...heehehehehe...

And don't stop changing your blog layouts!!! Heeheehehehe...I *like* going to your blog and never knowing if it's suddenly been changed and all that...heeheehehe...How come the blogger tags give me sooo much trouble and you guys are perfectly all right with them? T__T Umm...I don't think you use blogger though...

Christopher Rice...Anne Rice's husband right? Didn't actually know he wrote fiction...I thought he was more the poet type. What is it with writers marrying writers? heeheehee...I mean, Anne Rice and Christopher Rice then Stephen King and Tabitha King...Do they beta each other's work or something? That would be funnn! heehehhee..I'm going to persuade Migsy to change his course from business administration to creative writing now...heeheehehehe... Anyways, since Nagynagy's advice has proven so damn right and on the spot before, me will check out the Woden bookstores as soon as I can for it! ^__^

And that thing about the preferences Nagy -____-, Nicely put, as always. It's not that I deem anyone 'inferior' or anything as a writer when I pass over their works. It's just that I read fanfiction for escapist reasons, you know, it's nice to get away from the real world sometimes, and because of that, I'd like a piece of work that I can fully immerse myself into. Something with smooth writing, with not too many grammatical or spelling errors, no jarring mistakes that will completely ruin the flow of things, and good plot and characterizations. To be blunt also, very few of the SD works that I've found lately have been like that. Some of them seem to have not even been put through a spell checker and the fics that are bearable and sometimes actually brilliant come from the consistently good writers out there. I was just thinking, how can some of these writers improve if they just get gushing replies to their posts all the time with little, or no constructive criticism at all? And how will people get constructive criticism if others are afraid that their helping out a bit might be taken the wrong way? I think it was a really good idea of you guys to have started the ellies realm. That at least helps a little. That way, the people who actually want to try and improve can get some honest feedback instead of the completely glowing reviews that you always get even if you don't deserve it at most other places...Argh...I think this is coming out sounding elitist...but this is the way that I feel -___- I think I'm one of the latter types who just shut up about it...I'm not proud of that, but I like to avoid trouble...

Ahhh...Heeheehee...blog entries are becoming longer and longer...I should probably just email you guys or something some time but...I'm really lazy when it comes to emailing people...I don't know why...Heeheehehe.

Have just read a lovely Hakkai x Sanzo lemon fic...O_o Didn't think I'd like Hakkai seme but actually, it works out quite well and it makes sense since Hakkai *was* married once (I think he was married or was he just living with Kanna?) and would therefore most likely be more used to the dominant role, and Sanzo is a supposedly celibate monk who shouldn't know anything about sex...heeheehee. Am actually writing my own San x Hak fic right now. I think I'll be concentrating more on Saiyuki and finishing my Gravi fic for now.

It's my one year anniversary at the babble soooooon!

On September 3rd, to be exact and everyone out there is welcome celebrate the occasion of my stumbling upon the Slam Dunk Fandom with a nice RuKo fic, if not, a JinMit will do...Heehehehehe...Hmm...Did that sound as egotistic as I think it did? Anyways, I just want pressies! *pokes the unfortunate soul that somehow stumbled upon this madman's blog* Pressies! Pressies! Pressies! o^_^o *pika pika Lali!*

Ne, Nagy, I believe your first year anniversary is also soon because you posted the first part of Blackenwhite just a few days after I posted my first ficcy also. Incidentally, while we're at the subject of Blackenwhite, I read the first chapter of the sequel at your HP. Dammit...I never seem to be able to run into you anymore so I can't bother you about it while we're chatting so all I have to say to you is hurry! Hurry! Write, write! And you will have my love! And as Juju knows, I am an endless pool of love that overfloweths and yet, never runs dry for the very depth and breadth of my love is immeasurable...-_____- How poetic...*snerks* I dare someone to use that line in a fic! heehehehee...

These days I seem to be communicating with you guys through my blog more and more...

Anyways, I went out with Migs today and we were browsing through this bookstore and he decided to be incredibly sweet and he bought me Umberto Eco's 'The Name of The Rose' and Anne Rice's 'Cry To Heaven' which I believe is yaoiish? I'll be reading those soon right after I reread 'The Vampire Lestat'. I've been feeling nostalgic lately and am going through the Vampire Chronicles again bacause I have entirely too much time in my hands and those fanfics that Nagy sent me just made me love Armand again...Armmaaand! My looove. *swoon* Heeheehee...But Louis can have him if he wants too...I'm willing to share, but only with Louis...possibly David. Also possibly Marius...Hmm...Oh hell, let's just make it an orgy...heehehehee...

Lately I've come into the very bad habit of dropping by the babble, scanning the messages and seeing if any of the few authors who I know write semi-coherent fics have posted anything. I'm very selective about the fics that I read these days. Actually, I haven't really been following any Slam Dunk fics lately since I've immersed myself in Saiyuki, and YnM fics (Anyone know of a good Tatsumi x Tsuzuki or Muraki x Tsuzuki?) And I happened to click onto a seemingly innocent OT message. Turned out that the message had something to do with SDBC members being 'snobbish' and 'bossy' and 'rude' and 'high and mighty'.

Honestly, in the year or so that I've been at the babble, I've never encountered any snobbish or bossy people. Lately there have been a few rude ones who will remain unmentioned, but in general, I find the SDBC community to be quite welcoming. Hell, most of my online friends are from the SDBC! Without SDBC I would never have met Fufu or Juju or Nagy or Starry or Lingling or Chichi or Hanase or Jaxxy or Paspas or Shishi or the tons of other weird people that I while away my time with ^___^. Heehehehhehee...

See, it's bloody posts like that one that prevents people from actually posting any constructive criticism at the babble! One time I'd actually written a rather long comment about a fic in which I found Sendoh and Rukawa's characterizations to be poorly handled but when I reread my comments again, I kept thinking, 'but what if this person thinks I'm being too picky? What if she thinks that I'm acting like a know it all or something?' so I ended up not posting it... No one wants to appear 'pushy' or 'snobbish' or 'high and mighty' but if you can't feel comfortable enough in a place where you hang out to honestly comment for fear of that comment being taken in a childish manner, then what are you supposed to do?

I appreciate it when people tell me that I've made a mistake in my fics, when Juju tells me that I've shifted viewpoints somewhere in the KoRu or when Paspas tells me that I rambled too much on some other fic. Why can't other people take constructive criticism well? It's only to help them out, not to appear all knowing! Geez...Some posts just really work me up...-____-
